Last year, 2016, the Seniors worked on a waste management project in Exploration class. The business managed to make compost to sell to farmers. This exploration encompassed all change agent characteristics that we had in Liger such as, There were four different explorations and I was the third one that works with an organization called Little Heart. Little Heart has a project call CAKE, stands for Clean-up Archetype for Kids & Environment, that helped to clean up the Akreiy Ksatr area which every week the students collected about 35 tons of garbage from 1200 households. Afterward, Akreiy Ksatr turned to be a new clean community, however, as an orphanage, Little Heart couldn’t afford to maintain this business sustainable because there is no income. Thus, my team proposes them a business idea to get the villagers to pay and their job is to collect those waste house by house. Of all the collected data from interviewing the villagers to project the potential of this business, a group of 12 Liger students wrote a proposal to the Ministry of Environment to allow this orphanage to collect their own trash and have their own landfill in Akreiy Ksatr Commune. Then, the proposal was approved by the Ministry, which we got a big thank you from Little Heart. Based on this experience, the Liger students had supported and helped their country to have a better environment.
It has been four years of learning at Liger. To gather all of this fabulous memory as a souvenir, my group is making a Liger yearbook. This exploration was leading by the student. To start the book each of us divided in a different job, as myself being the leader to organize everything for my team. My group works together to collect all the photo and description for the past three years. This exploration is taking two terms of exploration to finalize. As a result, at the end of year four, everyone got one. Each student sees all the childish photo of them and laugh. This is what we want. This clearly shows, our works has done really well and qualify to get a good result.

This is the third exploration of Entrepreneurship, which is about chili sauce. As the main- idea of making this exploration is to have our own product in Cambodia. As we can see most of product are imported from others country, especially our border country. This clearly shows, we want to make our own product that can distribute to all the provinces and around the world. In the process of learning in seven weeks is to know how to start the business and as my role in the product development. Most of the day, I will spend my time in the kitchen with my team to develop on the taste until it getting better. On the last day of learning, there will be a sharation. So we give the food for people to taste. As a result it comes really good, but we need to work out if we keep the taste the same every times.
Keep up on us and wait to taste our product.

This is one of the group, who continue of making chili sauce business. Before we break into position of job. Every students have to write anything to requestion for the job. Also we learn the characteristic of making business. Our group there are four job position such as product development (develop on the sauce), outreach (marketing & make a dot connector), label team (develop on the label) and Legal team (learn all the rule of making business). So we have seven weeks to complete this. As my paticipating I am a part of product development team. Most of the time we are working in the kitchen and develop on diffence flavor.
My team went to Brooklyn Bistro to ask the owner of the restruant for testing our sauce. We get really good feedback from them because we want our sauce to be as good as what we called “Cambodian Dynamite”. As our sauce is chili only for the people who don’t like to eat spicy, but the people who really spicy it was sweeet for them. Then we try to make difference taste by different amount of chili and sugar with the total amount of 9 bottles.
Also we went to Moo Moo Farm, which is the diary farm that sell a fresh milk. We were really interesting because this business was different from other. As we know foreign like to eat cereal as their breakfast, I perfer Moo Moo milk is the best. The last time I didn’t like to drink milk and especially fresh milk, when I swallow Moo milk, which is the best and won’t make you stop drinking it. So we can learn that they are really good business model for us which is making really strong trust with the customer and their goal is to have a higher demand than supply.

This book has distrbuted to the government school and non-government school. Each of my team put a big afford in their sectors. We are blissful to write about our own country economy and help our people to know that too.

One exploration called Visitor Information Palace(VIP). It has taken from a shipping container and trun it into an interpretive center. This project is providing the information for visitor to understand of what is Liger? To make this happen there are twelve kids and one facilitator collobrated. There are so many thing need to be done, but some work are for adult. In my team are working on designing house and building in blender and design of what to put in. Adults are working on building the brick, put the door, and install the solar panel from other residence. At the end 3D house will be a map to tell visitor where they are? And all the constraciton, so they will understand more about our school.
As we become a highschool student, there is a sheet to grade us. At Liger there is “Change Characteristics Agent”. Each member has to try their best to complete this task. 1. Innovator 2. Dot connector 3. Problem Slover
