Spend your holiday and pay forward to what have created me; I was one of the PLD’s students who pack a book and a writing utensil to a village-school every afternoon on the week day. PLD introduces a second-language to me, English, after New Future Organization (NFO) and continuously build this English education program for the younger one until today. They are a family to me. The students are free-spirit; they wouldn’t hesitate to ask any questions. Everyday I enter the school, they light up my day even the worst one.
This holiday is different for me. I had office work, not much time with the kids. I worked on creating library activities and find ways to improve their engagement in reading. Even though, this work is not as joyful as spending time with the students, at least, I am positive that the students will enjoy all the activities that I had prepared.
